Why? Because for the past 160 years, since Samuel Smiles’ book, Self-help, the namesake of the genre, was published in 1859, with the countless books and experts on the topic of self-improvement, you’d think humans would be enlightened Buddhas by now... but it doesn’t seem to be happening just yet.
ACTION: When reading Happiness ROARS I want you to master only one habit at the time. Just ONE. Learn the habit and implement it right away. Once you start to see results, move to the next one.
It doesn’t matter how long each habit takes you.
